Dwayne is the lead pastor for Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC the church he established in 2007. He is also a member of the board for the Acts 29 Network and he serves as Director of Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne In addition to being a pastor, is also passionate about training up the younger generation. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written several online pieces and is also a contributing writer in the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling changing lives by embracing God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne's wife Leslie has three children.
